Rebecca Haughton is a ceramic artist based in east London. Her work has a strong focus on sustainability and explores the definition of ‘green’ design through its use of colour and recycled materials. She makes a number of patterned ceramic tableware and homeware items by hand, featuring swirled streaks of clay and abstract brush strokes. Her series of crumpled vases is a collection of tactile ceramic pieces that convey the artist’s interaction with the materiality and its malleable nature.
